About Me
My name is Gabriel Stuckey. For years It has been my passion to inspire, motivate, and help transform people into their optimal physical form. I studied and taught martial arts such as Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai which allowed me to learn and eventually pass on lessons in flexibility, patience, discipline, and mental endurance.
Eleven years ago I started teaching group fitness classes in gyms in San Francisco but, as much as I loved teaching groups, nothing has been more effective than one on one training. Not everyone can make it to the gym, and most people benefit from more detail-oriented personal attention. Now I'm available as a Certified Personal Trainer to work with people in the convenience of their home or on zoom for fitness or specialized self-defense training.
